We offer flexible membership options designed to fit your needs:

Full Season Membership (Individual & Family)

Unlimited play for the entire 2025 season

Book tee times up to 14 days in advance (7 days earlier than the general public)

Education affiliates include active students, faculty, staff, etc. at any level of education (grade school through higher education institutions)

Golf Course Terms and Conditions: Cancellations and Refunds Policy

At Robert Trent Golf Course at Cornell University, we strive to provide our patrons with exceptional golfing experiences. To ensure fairness and clarity regarding cancellations and refunds, please review the following policy:

Cancellation requests made more than 24 hours prior to the requested tee time will be eligible for a full refund. 

Cancellation requests made within 24 hours of the requested tee time will not be eligible for refunds.

In the event that the golf course closes due to inclement weather or poor course conditions, patrons will be issued a voucher to rebook a new tee time. 

Vouchers issued due to course closure are non-transferable and can only be used for rescheduling a new tee time at golfatcornell.com

Patrons may modify their reservation up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled tee time, subject to availability.

Modifications made within 24 hours of the scheduled tee time may be accommodated if possible, but are not guaranteed.

Failure to arrive for a scheduled tee time without prior cancellation notification will result in forfeiture of any refund or voucher entitlement.

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 3 to 5 business days to the original form of payment.

Management reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy in extenuating circumstances, at their discretion.

By booking a tee time at the Robert Trent Jones Golf Course at Cornell University, patrons agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined above. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these policies.

Tuesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday | 7:30am-30 minutes before dusk 

Wednesday & Sunday | 7:30am-6:30pm (Closes early for maintenance) 

Cart Hours: All carts must be returned by dusk or 8:30pm, whichever is earlier. Carts are not sold after 2 hour time prior to dusk.

Range hours and cart availability is dependent on weather and course conditions. Availability is subject to change without notice.
